Sandra L. Curelop, 54

Sandra L. (Brown) Curelop, age 54, of Woonsocket, formerly of Attleboro and Irving, Texas passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife of Jeffrey L. Curelop, to whom she was wed on October 9, 1993.

Born in Irving, Texas on March 23, 1965, she was a loving daughter of the late Jack R. and Maryjo (Simpson) Brown.

Sandy grew up and was educated in Irving, Texas. At the time of her unexpected death, she was furthering her education enrolled in online courses at Grand Canyon University in Arizona.

A resident of Woonsocket for the past ten years, she had formerly resided in Attleboro and Irving, Texas, where she had worked as a project manager at the S & S Machine Company in Irving and was a former member of the Irving North Christian Church.

Sandy cherished the times spent amongst family and friends. She was a huge animal lover and will be deeply missed by her three dogs and best friends: Princess, Papi and Kenny. Sandy was quite creative and enjoyed crafts, cooking and traveling the roads with Jeff, on their Harley-Davidson Motorcycle.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by dear siblings: Richard Brown and his wife Tracey of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kathy Brown Ingraham of Irving, Texas William Brown and his wife Denise of Waxahachie, Texas and Cindy Sullivan and her husband Danny of Irving Texas. Her cousins Amanda Lynn and Kendra Michelle, whom she proudly helped to raise. She was the daughter-in-law of Paul Curelop of Mansfield and the late Joan Curelop and is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours, in celebration of her life, on Wednesday, January 22nd from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp St. (Off Route 140, Taunton Ave.) Norton.

At 7:30 P.M., during the visitation, an opportunity to offer reflections and honor Sandy’s beautiful life will be a shared by family and friends.
