Fausto Gomes Martins (60) of Brockton died January 12th in the city.
He was born in Praia, Cabo Verde son of the late Justiniono Gomes Lopes and Maria Martins Tavares. Fausto was a self-employed painter by trade. He loved listening to music and socializing with family and friends.
Fausto is survived by a daughter Ana Martins of Portugal, 2 brothers, Arlindo Lopes of Brockton and Olvo Gomes Lopes of Portugal, 3 sisters, Suzana Gomes Lopes of Cabo Verde, Aguida Martins Fernandes and Camila Gomes Fernandes both of Portugal, many nieces and nephews including Marcio Lopes of Cabo Verde.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Saturday January 18th from 3-6 pm. Burial in Oeiras Cemetery, Portugal next week.
