FALL RIVER – Violante P. Cabral, age 93, passed away on January 4, 2020 at St. Anne’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Manuel Cabral. Born in Mosteiros, São Miguel, Açores, she was the daughter of Manuel and Helena (Raposo) Pavao.
Violante is survived by her children Octavio Cabral (wife Rosa) and Delia Almeida (husband Louis) all of Fall River; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Thursday, January 9th with extended calling hours from 8-9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Holy Name Church at 10:00 A.M.
