Narciso Rosario, age 65, of Brockton, died December 30, 2019 at Boston Medical Center following a brief illness. Narciso was the loving husband for 44 years of Carmen (Pagan) Rosario. Born, raised and educated in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Jesus and Antonia (Serrano) Rosario. He had been a resident of Brockton for the past 30 years and was an employee of Pete’s Tire Barns, Inc. for over 25 years.
Narciso was an antique car enthusiast and was proud of his 1978 yellow Toyota Carolla. He enjoyed attending car shows and races and playing guitar for Spanish caroling. Narciso also enjoyed time with his great grandchildren and was known as a funny, gentle and kind man who would never say no to anyone.
Narciso was the father of Narciso Rosario, Jr. and Lisa Rosario both of Brockton; grandfather of Alexavier and Alexi Valentin and Miliana Rosario, and great grandfather of Sebastian and Lillienne Thevenin. He was the brother of Gilberto Rosario of Florida, Otilia Rosario of Lawrence, Junior Rosario of Puerto Rico and Ramonita Rosario of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Sunday, January 5, from 2-5pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 10am followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery.
