Clara E. Capone, age 94, a lifelong resident of Winchester, passed away on January 1, 2020.
Born, raised and educated in Winchester, Clara was the beloved daughter of Ambrose and Mary (Colucciello) Capone. She was also the dear sister of the late Josephine Rotondi, Paul and Frank Capone and is lovingly survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graduate of Winchester High School, Clara was employed as a shipping clerk at Kendall Mills in Walpole for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed membership in the Chatterbox Club of Boston, and will be remembered for her meticulous home and yard.
A Funeral Mass will held on Tues., Jan. 7th @ 10:30 AM at St. Mary’s Church, 155 Washington St., Winchester. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend and are asked to meet directly at the church. Burial is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Beacon Hospice, 529 Main St. – Suite 126, Charlestown, MA 02129.
