CHERRY VALLEY___Rosa M. (Sepulveda) Perez, 85, of Cherry Valley, died peacefully in her home with family by her side on Thursday, December 26, 2019. Her husband, Alberto Luis Perez died in 2015.
She leaves a son, Luis Alberto Perez, Jr., of Worcester; two daughters, Brunilda Nieves and Carmen Perez both of Cherry Valley; a sister, Anna Sepulveda of Puerto Rico, three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren. Rosa was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, a daughter of the late Saul Sepulveda and Horacia Mercado.
Mrs. Perez was a Teacher’s Aide for 25 years for the Worcester Public Schools and retired many years ago. Mrs. Perez was a founding member of the Worcester Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Calling hours are Thursday January 2, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in DIRSA – MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St, Worcester. The funeral will be held on Friday January 3, 2020 with a service at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
