Krisanthi (Dhimgjoka) Lesko, a 10 year resident of Malden and formerly of Albania, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the Massachusetts General Hospital. She was 90 years old.
Krisanthi was born in Vuno, Albania, a daughter of the late Janaq Dhimgjoka and Fotini (Varfi) Dhimgjoka. She grew up and lived the majority of her life in Albania. She moved to the United States 2009 following the loss of her husband to be closer to her son Maksim. Krisanthi worked as a manager for a military uniform production company.
Krisanthi is the beloved wife of the late Dhimiter Lesko. She is the devoted mother of Maksim Lesko and his wife Visilika, and the late Andrea Lesko and his surviving wife Suzana. She is the loving Nana to Jonid, Sonila, and Sara.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Krisanthi's funeral on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 10 A.M. in The Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main St. Malden. Her burial will be at Forest Dale Cemetery in Malden. Her visiting hours will be on Monday, December 16, 2019 form 4 to 8 P.M.
