On November 22nd, 2019, Steven K. Collins passed on from this world. He was 64.
Steven was born in Wichita, Kansas on April 1st, 1955 to Edward E. Collins and Carole Sue (Nugent) Collins. He would later move to Wilmington, Delaware where he attended Concord Highschool. He would marry the love of his life Melanie A. (Melvin) Collins and go on to be the devoted father of son Shaun C. Collins and wife Ahna, daughters Sierra L. Collins and Leslie S. Collins and the proud grandfather of their children. He also leaves behind brother Michael E. Collins and wife Beverly.
All are invited to attend a memorial service at 10am Saturday December 7th at Loch Raven Baptist Church, 8600 Loch Raven Blvd, Towson, MD.
