Brunilda (Ramos) Aguirre, age 70, of New Bedford, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford.
Born in Rio Piedra, Puerto Rico on February 8, 1949, she was a daughter of the Victor Ramos Torres and Irene Santiago.
Brunilda spent her early childhood living in Puerto Rico. At age eight, she moved to the United States and first settled in New York City. She later lived in Manchester, New Hampshire and for the past thirty years in New Bedford.
A dedicated homemaker to her loving family, she loved spending time with them and had a faithful relationship with God.
She is survived by her devoted children: Madeline, Angie, Jesus, Magali and Greg. She is also survived by 3 brothers, 2 sister, 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
Services, as well as burial in Puerto Rico will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Visiting hours have also been omitted.
