Philip S. Doucette, 71 of Medford died Tuesday after a brief illness in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Medford, MA.
Born in Gorham, Maine he lived in Medford for the past 30 years and was the son of the late Nora (Thorne) and Joseph Doucette. Mr. Doucette known as “Bubba” was a cook employed by Medford Canteen for 10 years and retired in 1988. He also was a late U. S. Marine veteran in the Korean War from 1952 to 1956.
Beloved husband of Deanna (Alessio) Doucette. Devoted father of Patti Pickering of Weymouth, Linda Doucette of Brockton, Debra Boudreau of Billerica, Marc Cutler of Revere, Scott Cutler of Billerica and Dennis LaMarco of Haverhill. Also survived by 10 loving grandchildren.
A fuenral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St. MEDFORD Friday at 10:30 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hour Thursday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
