Linda Oden Adkisson, 70, of Ben Hill County, Georgia, died Friday, November 1, 2019, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Monday, November 4, 2019, at Mystic Baptist Church Cemetery, in Irwin County, Georgia, with the Rev. Bobby Hires officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.
Mrs. Adkisson was born January 11, 1949, in Irwin County, Georgia, to the late Grady A. & Evelyn Young Oden. She lived in the community all of her life and was a homemaker. She was a member of Baptist Purity in Florida.
She is survived by her son, Donovan Adkisson & Lea of Tifton; two grand
sons: Devon Adkisson of San Francisco and Tyler Adkisson of Tifton; a granddaughter, Oriana Adkisson of Tifton and a brother, Herman “Pete” Oden & Mary of Wray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Adkisson.
