Dominick L. Andrade, age 25, of New Bedford, formerly of Taunton, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019.
Born in Taunton, MA on September 9, 1994, he was a loving son of Steven A. Andrade of Taunton and Alexandra C. Almeida of Portugal.
Dominick grew up in New Bedford, was educated in New Bedford schools and had worked in the construction field.
A lover of family, music and video games, Dominick will always be remembered as a kind and affectionate young man, with a contagious laughter, that made others around him feel welcome and happy.
In addition to his parents, he was the dear brother of Steven Andrade of Taunton, Elijah Andrade-Rodriguez of Taunton, Tanya Arruda of Portugal and Victoria Sousa of Portugal. He was the cherished grandson of Raymond and Maria “Nana” Jackson of Tiverton, Rhode island and Belarmino and Rosa “Vovo” Andrade of Taunton. He was the beloved godson and cousin of Elizabeth Carreiro of Fall River and is also survived by other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visiting hours, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Monday, October 21st from 10:00-11:30 A.M. at the Taunton Memorial Funeral Home, 8 Crapo St. (Off Route 140, Tremont St.) Taunton.
A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of visitation at 11:30 A.M. at the Taunton Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mayflower Hill Cemetery in Taunton.
