FALL RIVER - Phillippe D. Bergeron, age 59, residence 19 Buckley St. Fall River, died Friday in Fall River at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Theresa (Albernaz) Bergeron. Besides his Wife of Fall River, he is survived by: 1 Son: Cody Philip Bergeron of Fall River, 1 Brother: Roger Bergeron of Connecticut, 2 Sisters: Jacqueline Garside of Fall River and Lillian Lapre of Florida, Several Nieces and Nephews.
Born in Fall River the son of the late Dennis P. Bergeron and the late Ann (Daudelin) Bergeron. He was a lifelong resident of Fall River and was currently a Working Foreman for the City of Fall River Parks & Cemetery Department. He had previously worked as a Shipbuilder in Quincy and also for Pioneer Finishing. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He was a graduate of Bristol Community College with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. He coached Little League, Girls Basketball and was a member of the “Limited Few Truckers” Club.
His Funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 North Main Street on Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Michael Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery.
