Erma “Jean” Abrams went to be with our heavenly father on September 28, 2019 at her home in Grandview.
Known as Jean, Erma was born on September 16, 1948 in Yakima to Helen Marie (Lane) and John Swanson of Iowa. Jean was known to many as “Nana” and loved spending her time playing bingo, going to church on Sundays and being with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved being surrounded by her family. Jean worked as a caregiver for several years, giving her heart and soul to her family and friends.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her husband of thirty-one years, Wes Abrams; her daughters, Kathy Jo and Kandy Jo; grandchildren, Brooke, Bobbie Jo, Justina, Keven and Kati along with many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who all loved her very much.
