Mantoie R. Harvey, 47, of Manchester passed away peacefully at Hartford Hospital on Wednesday September 18, 2019. He was born on April 12, 1972, son of the late Leslie and Anna R. Scott Harvey. He is survived by his two brothers and three sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit the family on Monday September 30 from 11a.m. to 1pm in the chapel of the Hartford Community Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
