Todd Wallace was born on August 7, 1965 and passed away on Monday, September 2, 2019. He was
born to Shirley Wallace and late, Leonard Lester. Todd was a life-long resident of Hartford, CT. He is
survived by his siblings, Melvin Wallace (Nuykiesha), Edward Laiscell, Sonya Laiscell, and JoAnna Laiscell.
He has a host of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Calling hours are being held on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 11:00 am followed by the funeral
service at Noon in the chapel of the Hartford Community Funeral Home, 380 Maple Avenue, Hartford, CT 06114 and the repast to follow at 1:30 pm at Phillips Metropolitan Christian Methodist Episcopal Church Banquet Hall, 2550 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06120.
