June A. Fumicello, age 71, of Woburn passed away January 15th at the Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston.
June was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved to take care of children. Over the years she was an active parishioner of St. Barbara Church. She also enjoyed traveling, sports and bowling.
She is survived by her children, Debra A. Fumicello of Waltham, John Fumicello and his companion Kathy Burgess of Keene, NH, Mark and his wife Carol of Woburn, Scott and his wife Shawn of Andover, Wayne and Chip Fumicello both of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Marisa, Mark and Calvin Fumicello. She was the dear friend of Billy and Joelle Brady of Woburn and caretaker to their children, Tyler, Devin, Shayla, and Cole. She is further survived by her sister Carleen Kulsar of PA and one brother, Richard Midgett of NC. She is preceded in death by her son, William P. Fumicello, one sister, Cheryl Bilko, and her late companion, Nicholas Iannacci.
Funeral from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, Thursday at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Barbara Church, 138 Cambridge Rd. Woburn, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
