Lucille V. Connell, a life-long Medford resident, died Saturday in the Sawtelle Hospice House, Reading. She was 64.
Born and raised in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Lucy Palumbo. A dedicated wife and mother, Lucille was also a very active member at St. Joseph Church.
She was the beloved wife of John L. Connell. She was a devoted mother to Tiffany Cox of Medford, Christine Randazzo and her husband John of Andover, CT and Jonroy Connell of Medford. She was a loving grandmother to Mia, Cianna and Cole. She was the dear sister of Rosaria Palumbo of Medford, Vincent Palumbo and his wife Marie of Winchester. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Thursday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, High St. Medford at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 - 8.
