Cheryl A. Marks, 60 of Manchester, NH died Friday August 16, 2019 at Mass General Hospital, Boston, MA. Cheryl was born in Revere, MA on January 10, 1959, a daughter of the late Harold F. Marks, Sr. and Phyllis A. (Powers) Marks Stanford. She had resided in Manchester for the past two years, formerly living in Florida for many years. Cheryl loved to travel, dine in fine restaurants and had extravagant taste. She shared a generous spirit to those she loved. Cheryl enjoyed New England sports, and held a special place in her heart for her two blonde Dobermans, Heidi and Greta.
She is survived by her sister, Nadine (Marks) Schofield and her husband Tom of Manchester, two brothers, Harold F. Marks, Jr. and his wife Edith of Davenport, FL, and Bruce Marks of Derry, her step-father, Robert Stanford of Manchester, also many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Kevin P. Marks in 2002.
Following cremation, a calling hour was held on Thursday August 22, 2019 from 9:30 – 10:30 am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A memorial service followed at 10:30 am in the funeral home. Burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester.
