Claudia Mae Crawley Cason, 90, of Tifton passed away Friday, August 16, 2019, at Sparks Retirement Home. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mrs. Cason at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 19, 2019, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The Rev. Tony Crawley will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday, August 19, 2019, from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Born May 18, 1929 in Dixie, Mrs. Cason was the daughter of the late, John C. Crawley and Della E. Richards Crawley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy White Cason; one son, Leroy Junior Cason; two brothers; and two sisters. She was a homemaker and had been a member of Weeks Chapel United Methodist Church in Colquitt County since 1945. She did church work here at home and all over the world since her husband was in the military. She was a member of the Eastern Star in Jacksonville, Florida.
Mrs. Cason is survived by one son, Troy Cason of Jacksonville, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
