Obituary

LOWELL—Allison M. (Kelley) Faggart, died early Friday morning, January 13th, at her home. She was the wife of the late Robert M. Faggart, who died in 1979.

She was born in Lowell, a daughter of the late John J. and Margaret (Ryan) Kelley. Mrs. Faggart was a member of the former St. Peter’s Church and the Immaculate Conception Church.

Surviving her are her five daughters: Allison and Jack Marsden, of Wilmington; Catherine and William Girodet, of Florida; Martha and Kevin Davis, of Oregon; Susan and Jeffry Sherman, of Florida, and Maura Faggart, of Lowell, with whom she made her home; four sisters: Joan Kelley, Peggy Kelley, and Mary (Kelley) Koller, all of Lowell; and Jacqueline (Kelley) Dixon, and her husband Ernest G. Dixon, Jr., of Chelmsford; six grandchildren: Kylan Flynn; Simone and Evan Girodet; Jessica (Treadwell) Arrowood; and Samuel and Robert Sherman. Among her many nieces and nephews is: Beverly (McGowan) McDermott, of Lowell; and a dear friend: Doris Reid, of Chelmsford.

She was the sister of the late Sally (Kelley) McGowan, Sister Joseph Margaret (Kelley); and Francis J. Kelley.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM on Monday, January 16th, at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 18 Nesmith Street, (Rte. 38). Her Funeral Mass to be offered Tuesday, January 17th, at 9 AM at the IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH, Lowell. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery.
