Scott R. Larson, age 70, of Mansfield, formerly of Raynham and Norton, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, August 5, 2019. He was the beloved husband of the late Leslie A. (Devine) Larson, who died on February 12, 2013.
Born in Boston, MA on June 11, 1949, he was a loving son of the late Carl and Margaret (Thornton) Larson.
Scott grew up in Canton and was a graduate of Canton High School. He was a self-employed co-owner of New England CP, Inc., a company, along with his partners, he proudly operated since 1996.
Mr. Larson’s family was his pride and joy and he especially treasured the times spent with his grandchildren. He was an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan, who will always be remembered for his strong and diligent work ethics.
He is survived by his devoted children: Jillian R. Crowley and her husband William of Mansfield, Jeremy T. Larson and his wife Dawn of Auburn and the late Jeffrey S. Larson. He was the loving grandfather of Shayna Larson and Avery, Molly, Quinn and William Crowley.
Visiting hours, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Monday, August 12th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., Mansfield.
A funeral procession will form on Tuesday, August 13th at 10:00 A.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 11:00 A.M. at the North Purchase Cemetery, 825 North Main St., Attleboro.
