Spousta, David, G., age 43, of Fitchburg, MA, passed away suddenly on July 7, 2019 at Leominster Hospital in Leominster, MA.
David is survived by his mother and step father, Patricia and John Polimou Jr. of Massachusetts and their son Nicholas. His father Gary Spousta resides in Wisconsin.
He is also survived by an extended family in Massachusetts as well as aunts, uncles and his cousins in Minnesota.
He will be missed by friends from Massachusetts, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Rest in peace now, Dave.
