Mrs. Guilda F. (Morin) Clavette, 66, of Derry Passed away peacefully at her home on June 24, 2019. The daughter of the late Philippe and Marie (Blanchette) Morin, she was born in Ville de Gelis, Canada on September 9, 1952, and moved to the Merrimack Valley at a young age. Mrs. Clavette worked at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen for thirty five years. She enjoyed bingo and visiting casinos, shopping on QVC, watching movies, and going to the beach and fairs. Mrs Clavette loved most of all to spend time with her family and friends. She is survived by her two sons; Gerry Clavette of Derry, NH and Erik Clavette of Derry , NH, two sisters; Huguette Perreault of Sandown, NH and her friend John Pelletier; Lynn Morin Raymond, NH and her friend Joseph Duffen. Three brothers; Ronald Morin of Methuen, Richard Morin and his wife Guilda of Merrimack, NH, and Guildo (Gil) Morin and his wife Danielle of Derry, NH,. There are several nieces and nephews, and her dear friend Richard Camire of Methuen.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, June 28, 2019, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Edgar J. Racicot Inc. Funeral Home, 1400 Broadway Rd., Dracut. A funeral service will be held for Mrs. Clavette at 11:00 am on Friday at the Racicot Funeral Home, burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
