Donna M. Ricci, age 62, of Woburn for the past thirty-seven years formerly of Mattapan, passed away at her home surrounded by her family, January 10th. She was the beloved wife of Michael F. Ricci. Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Mary (Cunniff) and Walter Diotte.
Mrs. Ricci was a graduate of the Fontbonne Academy and also attended Aquinis College for two years. She worked for eighteen years for the Federal Aviation Administration as a Congressional Affairs Liason. Mrs. Ricci was devoted to her family and loved being with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed golfing and was a member of the Vesper Country Club.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters Michelle and Marlene Ricci both of Woburn, and her son Frank M. Ricci and his wife Lynn of Burlington. She is also survived by her loving grandsons, Michael J. and Nicholas F. Ricci.
Funeral from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, Saturday, January 14th, at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Barbara Church, 138 Cambridge Rd., Woburn, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
It has requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contribuions may be made in Donna´s memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Brain Tumor Center, 44 Binney St. Boston, MA 02115.
