Passed away on June 12, 2019 from cardiac arrest. Survived by his loving wife, Sandi; daughters Michelle Koenig (Paul) & Laurie Mordorski (Paul); five grandchildren Christian, Serena, Cecelia, Owen & Hattie; three grandpups; brother Ken (Mary Jo); sister-in-law Diane; many in-laws, nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by parents Clinton & Helen Milbrandt; step mother Lois Tennison; brothers Sonny, Dick & Tom; sister-in-law Mary Jean; & granddaughter Abigail. Jim proudly served in the US Navy on the USS Constellation. He worked for NSP for 35 years & enjoyed working at Home Depot in his retirement. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, music, nature, camping, woodworking, & volunteering at the local food shelf & Habitat for Humanity. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial Monday, June 17, 10:30 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PASCAL BAYLON, E. 3rd St. & White Bear Ave. (use Flandreau Ave. Entrance), St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to your local Animal Humane Society or University of Minnesota Hospital, Cardiac Care Unit.
