FALL RIVER – Carlos Manuel Farias Branco, age 58, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Charlton Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. Born in Mosteiros, Ponta Delgada, São Miguel, Açores, he was the son of the late Antonio de Farias Branco and the late Maria da Purificacão de Farias Branco. He was also the husband of the late Maria do Rosario Branco.
Carlos was a member of the Santo Christo Club, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his children: Robert Branco & Vera Branco; 3 sisters: Maria Cabral, Maria da Conceicão Botelho, and Adriana Araujo all of Fall River; 3 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
His funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1521 N. Main Street, Fall River on Thursday, June 13th here at 8:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Santo Christo Church at 9:00 A.M. Interment in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours on Wednesday, June 12th from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
