Anna Frances Flaxington, 73, of Lake View Drive, Greenville, died Sunday, June 2nd 2019 in her home. She was the beloved wife of Robert A. Flaxington. They had been married for 54 years.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Harold and Martha (Piccanero) Farrar. Anna had worked as a clerk for Blue Cross.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Julie Flaxington of Glocester, Angela Flaxington of Providence, Cynthia Dragon of Smithfield and Barbara Andrews of Smithfield, as well as her grandchildren, Crystal, Joshua, Kayla, Nathan and Cameron, and her great-granddaughter, Juliana. She is predeceased by her daughter, Loretta Flaxington.
Her visitation will be Thursday 4-7pm in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
