Bridgewater - Hilda S. Macedo, age 94, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at home. Predeceased in death by her husband, Stephen S Macedo. She was the mother of Stephen Macedo of Rochester, MA , Dianna Tavares of Bridgewater, MA, and Philip Macedo of East Freetown, MA. She also leaves three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Mrs. Macedo was employed at Morse Twist Drill, New Bedford School System and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish.
Mrs. Macedo was born in New Bedford Ma. She has lived in this area most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Isabel (Medeiros) and William Sylvia. Mrs. Macedo was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt Carmel.

Hilda’s visiting hours will be held Friday evening from 5 - 7 PM. at Perry Funeral Home. Her funeral will be Saturday, with a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 8:30 A.M. Everyone is asked to please meet directly at the church. Burial will immediately follow in St. John Cemetery.
