NEW BEDFORD – Jacqueline (Oliveira) Medeiros, age 84, formerly of Fall River, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2019 at the Sacred Heart Skilled Nursing Center. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Manuel DaPonte and Isabella (Pacheco) Oliveira.
Jacqueline is survived by her children Gilbert Medeiros and his wife Karen of Fall River and Debra Lee Glazier of Hartford, CT; as well as 3 grandchildren Nathan A. Medeiros and his wife Jennifer, Ryan W. Medeiros and Daniel Glazier. She was predeceased by her sister Dolores Anderson.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Friday, May 31st with extended calling hours from 8:30-9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church at 10:00 A.M.
