New Bedford – Steven Costa, age 39, of New Bedford, passed away on Wednesday, May 22 , 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the loving husband of Anabela Martins-Costa for over 23 years.
Steven was born in New Bedford to Lucia (Amaral) DaCosta and the late Carlos DaCosta. He had worked at the Titileist Co. as an assembler for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Anabela; his son, Shea Costa of New Bedford, sisters, Niveria DaCosta and Maria Costa and brother , Ricardo Costa, all of New Bedford. Steven is also survived by a nephew, Corey, nieces, Paige, Natalie, Alianna, Phelisity, Alivia and Sophia and great nieces, Payton and Penelope.
Steven’s visiting hours will be privately held Monday morning from the Perry Funeral Home. His funeral will follow with a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
