Jak W. Allin, age 10, of Ledyard died unexpectedly on Thursday, May 16, 2019. He is the beloved son of Daniel V. and Stacy M. (Frankovitch) Allin. Jak was a 5th-grade student at Gallup Hill School. He loved Kyle Busch, racing, and basketball, riding tractors, kayaking, movies, Youtube and so much more.
In addition to his parents, Jak is survived by his sister Mackenzie E. Frankovitch and his brother Jacob R. Frankovitch and Jak's future wife Gabrielle Gamble. He is also survived by his grandparents Robert and Cindy Allin of Preston, as well as special uncle Richard M. Libby of Mashantucket, godfather Brian Costa, godmother Frances Sawyer, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Jak is predeceased by his brother Zackary Ryan and by his maternal grandparents William John Frankovitch Jr. and Deborah A. Frankovitch, great grandparents Loretta E. Libby and Jack and Alice Robottom.
Jak's family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday, May 29, from noon to 1:00pm at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum, 110 Pequot Trail, Ledyard. A Funeral Service will be held at the Museum at 1:00. Burial will immediately follow in the Mashantucket Pequot Burial Grounds, Fanning Road, Mashantucket.
