PROVIDENCE – Jacqueline M. (Pereira) Pavao, age 77 of Fall River and formerly of Swansea, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 20, 2019 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Leonard W. Pavao and the daughter of the late Manuel & Leona (Hanley) Pereira. Prior to retiring, Jacqueline worked as a P.C.A. She loved to play bingo, animals and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Jacqueline had a contagious laugh and loved life to its fullest.
Survivors include her son: Bobby L. Pavao and daughter: Barbara A. Erickson (husband Eric) all of Swansea; a brother: Louis Pereira of New Bedford; 3 grandchildren Andrew, Christopher and Daniel; nieces & nephews. She was the sister of the late Manuel & Edward Pereira, and Anita Hanley.
Following cremation visitation will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Thursday, June 13th from 9-10 A.M. with a service to immediately follow. Internment at Notre Dame Cemetery.
