Obituary

Constance M. Hebert, 86, of Birch Road, Greenville, died Tuesday, April 30, 2019. at Hope Hospice and Palliative Care in Providence. She was the widow of William J. Hebert. They had been married for 58 years before his death in May, 2018.

Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Armand and Esma (Messier) Paquin. She had lived in Smithfield since 1966 and had previously lived in North Providence.

Connie had worked as a Pan Am ticket agent in NYC then working as a manager in Cash Management at Citizens Bank for 25 years before retiring. She was a member of Citizens Bank Club, the St. Philip Church Ladies Guild and had volunteered as a counter at St. Philip Church for 12 years until 2010.

She is survived by her daughters: Michelle Cugno and her husband, Henry of Coventry and Paula Lake and her husband, William of Centreville, Virginia, her six grandchildren: Katie, Jack and Nick Lake and Nicole, Michael and Amanda Cugno and her siblings: Denise Kwolek of Richmond, Texas and Paul Paquin of North Smithfield. She was the sister of the late Leo Paquin.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, May 7th at 8:30am from the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. A Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Avenue, Greenville. Burial will be in the RI Veteran’s Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation Monday, May 6th 4-6pm.
