Wilda B. Coleman, 75, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Thursday, January 5, 2006, at Tift Regional Medical Center, Tifton, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, January 7, 2006, at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel, Fitzgerald, with Elder Paul Thomas and Rev. Tracy Clements officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 to 9:00 Friday evening.
Mrs. Coleman was born October 12, 1930, in Crisp County, Georgia, to the late Bea and Lila Spivey Bundrick. She was a homemaker and lived in the community most of her life. Mrs. Coleman was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved to cook and spent her life raising her children.
Mrs. Coleman is survived by husband of 57 years: Carlis Coleman of Fitzgerald; son: Roger Coleman of Fitzgerald; daughter: Brenda Coleman Merritt of Macon; sons: Ronald Coleman and Kenneth Coleman, both of Fitzgerald; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; brother: Charles Bundrick of Derby, KS and sister: Ruth Hale of Lafayette, IN. She was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Haley Marie Fletcher, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
