Lynn F. Rice, 64 of Londonderry, NH passed away Monday April 22, 2019, at her residence after a lengthy illness. Lynn was born May 19, 1954 in Miami, FL, and was a daughter of Alvin Quack and the late Mabel Bedell. She lived in several locations in her younger life, including Louisiana, Texas and Tennessee. She resided in Virginia prior to relocating to Londonderry in 2000.
While living in VA, Lynn worked as a realtor with Century 21. Lynn was also a certified EMT in the Hanover County, VA area and was a longtime volunteer with the Red Cross. She was always ready to help others.
In addition to her father and stepmother of Groveland, MA, members of the family include her husband Robert (Bob) Rice of Londonderry, a son, David Rice of Londonderry, a daughter and her husband, Elizabeth & Tom Southward of Mechanicsville, VA and daughter, Jennifer Owren of New Kent, VA, her four grandchildren, Katelyn, Allison, Lucy and Cameron, three siblings, Greg Quack, Laura Burton and Susan Quack-Harris.
After cremation, a visitation was held Thursday April 25, 2019 from 2 to 3:30 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road Londonderry. A memorial service followed at 3:30 pm.
