Dorothy D. (Surber) Motsinger, 83, of Anderson died Friday, April 19, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis after a brief illness.
She was born December 31, 1935 in Anderson, the daughter of Frank C. and Mabel (Hoppes) Surber. Dorothy graduated from Anderson High School in 1953 and worked production at General Motors for 17 years before retiring in 1993. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Dorothy is survived by her two sons: Mark (Candace) Motsinger of Markleville, Jeff Motsinger of Middletown; daughter, Marla Usry of Anderson; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and a former daughter-in-law, Kyle Motsinger.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 5 siblings.
Services will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 2:30pm at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Ned Clark officiating. Burial will be in K. of P. I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Frankton.
Visitation will be 2 hours prior at the funeral home.
