Gerald “Jake” Sullivan, 70, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019. He was born in Berlin on June 25, 1948, the son of John and Mary (Chomack) Sullivan. He was a graduate of Berlin High School, and a US Navy veteran. Prior to his retirement, Jake worked as a logger for Kelley Logging for many years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he loved picking mushrooms in the fall.
Jake is survived by his brother Brian M. Sullivan of Gorham, NH; sister Karen Sullivan and her husband Jerry Nault of Berlin, NH; two aunts Claudia Nichols of Berlin, NH and Eva Applegate of Manchester, NH; two nieces Olivia Sullivan, Andrea Tupick, and one nephew Bryan Lambert; and one grandnephew Travis Houle. He is also survived by several cousins, and his best buds Pat and Cindy. He was predeceased by his parents, and by three siblings Patricia Lambert, Terrence Sullivan, and Barry Sullivan.
