Paul P. Lessard, of Medford, passed away on, Thursday, April 11th. He was 80. Born in Malden and raised in Cambridge, he was the son of the late Amos and Gilbert (Belanger) Lessard.
Paul loved to spend time with his family, children and his eight grandchildren they were his pride and joy. Paul was a natural handy man and enjoyed working on lawnmower engines, anything electronic and repairing furniture, no job was ever too big or small. Paul worked at Raytheon for 43 years until his retirement. Paul was an avid fisherman and enjoyed boating. He was a dedicated husband, a great dad, loving papa, friend and neighbor. He will be greatly missed.
Paul was the beloved husband of Camille (D'Agostino) Lessard. He was the loving father of Mark Lessard and his wife Cheryl, Paul Lessard and his wife Cathy, and Renee Rocha and her husband Louie. He was the loving Papa of Mark, John, Danny, Channon, Katerina, Paul, Louie and Christopher. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
A funeral service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Saturday, April 20th at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 9 to 11 AM. Interment will be private.
