Manchester– Simonne April, 89, died April 3, 2019 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack following a brief illness.
She was born on June 29, 1929 in Coaticook, PQ. Canada the daughter of Moses and Rose Helene Cormier.
Prior to her retirement she worked for Prevue Products.
She was predeceased by her husband Roger R. April on March 1, 2007, and two daughters, Pierrette Cloutier and Marguerite Fontaine.
Family members include five daughters, Terry Boisvert, Denise Gallant, Claire Blake, France Sullivan, Sylvie Reiter, several grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Therese Lesmerises, Normand Cormier, Jeanne Venasse, Pauline Lauzon, Philippe Cormier, Denis Cormier, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A committal service will take place in NH Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 1 pm.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Community Hospice House 210 Naticook Rd. Merrimack NH 03054.
