Obituary

Victoria “Vicki” Sirmans Shaw, 63, of Nashville passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at her residence. A graveside service will be held for Mrs. Shaw at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2019, at Lawrence Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The Rev. Ronnie Vice will officiate. Mrs. Shaw’s grandson, Jimmy Norman, will give a eulogy. The family will receive friends Monday, March 25, 2019, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.

Joe Hall, Jimmy Norman, Brandon Dillard, Scott Brady, Joe Norman and T. J. Lanier will serve as pallbearers.

Born December 28, 1955 in Tifton, Mrs. Shaw was the daughter of the late Cecil Sirmans and Evelyn Connor Hood. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wyman Shaw; and two brothers, Mack Sirmans and the Rev. Kenneth Sirmans. Before retiring, she worked as a drafter. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She was very creative and loved to paint and could accomplish anything she put her mind to.

Mrs. Shaw is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law, Deborah Norman, Cindy and Joe Hall and Misty and Scott Brady, all of Tifton and Christy and Matthew Muniz of Nashville; one sister, Debbie Lindsey of Berrien County; seven grandchildren, Nicole Honaker, Jimmy Norman, Eddie Honaker, Joe Norman, Brandon Dillard, Austin Dillard and Alana Brady; and six great-grandchildren.
