Obituary

OXFORD – Lorraine P. (Duclos) White, 69, of 2 Harvard St., died Thursday, Dec. 29, in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester, after a short illness.

She leaves her loving husband, Ronald White, Sr.; her daughters, Linda Krupsky and Lisa Brown; her son, Louis Brezniak and his wife Terry; her grandson, Matthew Krupsky, all of Webster; her stepson, Ronald White, Jr., of Sydney, OH; her stepdaughters, Cynthia White of New York and Samantha White of Worcester; her sisters, Muriel Mayotte of Quinebaug and Jeanne Kwiatkowski and husband Joseph of Dudley; her brother, Bernard Duclos and wife Mae of Webster; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her infant son David and her husband of 40 years, Louis J. Brezniak, Jr.

She was born in Webster, a daughter of Henry and Beatrice (Berard) Duclos. She worked many years at General Spring in Oxford and later at Imperial Spring in Southbridge, retiring in 2004.

She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Webster and recently became a Eucharistic minister for the homebound. Her faith was a very important part of her life.

She enjoyed walking with Mickie and Ron, gardening, birds, music, dancing, but most importantly taking care of and loving her family. Anyone whose life has been touched by her knows what a special lady she was.

The funeral will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, Jan. 3, in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main St., Webster. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Parish Gymnasium Fund, 16 East Main St., Webster, MA 01570. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, East Main St., Webster.
