Patricia A. Dubois, 66, of 32 Parker St. died Tuesday, June 25, 2002 in the Lakes Region General Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born in Boston MA on December 9, 1935, the daughter of Joseph V. and Mary (McLaughlin) Shea Sr.
Following her graduation from Tilton-Northfield High School in 1955, Pat was employed at the former Keller’s Restaurant in downtown Laconia. She then worked as a candy-maker at the Kellerhaus until 1995.
She the pursued a career as a dietary aide at the Belknap County Home and later at the Taylor Home until illness forced her retirement.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Laconia.
Family members include a son, Jon-Paul Dubois of Laconia; two sisters, Mary Toomey of Saugus MA and Julie Baker of South Carolina; two brothers, Joseph Vincent Shea Jr. of Lakeport and Robert Francis Shea of Florida; nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 30 Church St. on Friday at 9:30 AM. Rev. Gary Kosmowski, Pastor will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Timothy C. Molan and David L. Furber of the Simoneau & Lambert Funeral Home, 139 Church St. are assisting the family with arrangements.
