Lenny Escobar, 23, of Worcester died unexpectedly Saturday, February 16, 2019. He is survived by his father, Benito Escobar Ramos and step mother Doreen Ramos of Worcester, his mother Alicia Urbina Lopez and step – father Pedro Morales of New Bedford, MA; his brothers, Christian and Jaomi Delgado of New York, NY, Damian Escobar of Methuen, MA, Paul and Joseph of Worcester; sisters, Coralie Gonzalez of Beverly, MA and Liz Escobar of New York, NY, Amanda and Anastasia Marin, Amber Magnuson, all of Worcester; aunt, Eneida Baez who was his wonderful caregiver. he also leaves many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico and moved to the United States in 1996. He attended Worcester schools. He was loved by everyone who met him. He enjoyed riding dirt-bikes with his father and spending time with his new service puppy “Hazel”.
The funeral will be held on Monday, February 25, 2019 in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a service at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home will be Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
