Donna Lee Martel, 72, of Berlin, NH passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital. She was born in Berlin on September 17, 1946 and was a lifelong resident. Donna was a member of St. Kieran Church, now Good Shepherd Parish. She loved playing Bingo, knitting, cooking, and doing puzzles and word searches. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Donna is survived by her daughter Paula Fortier and her husband Paul of Gorham, NH; grandchildren Trisha Gohlke and her husband Steven of Berlin, NH, Natasha Fortier and her fiancée Tim Bureau of Indian Trail, NC, and Paul Fortier, III of Gorham, NH; great-grandchildren Cameron, Barret, Lily, and Laken. She is also survived by her brother Edgar Robinson and his wife Nancy of Charlestown, NH, and sister Nancy Phair and her husband Harold of Berlin, NH; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Donna was predeceased by her husband Arthur Martel in 2013, as well as her parents Damon and Lena (Smith) Robinson.
