Dedra “Dee Dee” Tucker Miller, 51, of Tifton passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019, at her residence. Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 17, 2019, at Salem Baptist Church with the Rev. Andy Ring officiating. Mrs. Miller will be laid to rest at Salem Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Salem Baptist Church on Sunday, February 17, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.
Gene Miller, Brian Miller, Caleb Clements, Kevin Clements, Austin Smith and Darren Hubbell will serve as pallbearers. Kim Clements Bruce will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
Born October 13, 1967 in Tifton, Mrs. Miller was the daughter of Ralph and Helen Tucker of Tifton and Joyce Dixon Burroughs of Tifton. She graduated from Tift County High School in 1985 and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Capella University. She was a paralegal with Erika S. Johnson, Attorney at Law and a member of Salem Baptist Church. She loved her grandchildren; loved to cook; loved arts and crafts; and loved animals.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband, Fate Miller of Tifton; one son and daughter-in-law, Ross and Kathy Fulghum of Tifton; one daughter and son-in-law, Lauren Fulghum Montgomery and husband, Brandon of Tifton; one step-daughter and her husband, Lacey and Michael Donahoo of Tifton; one brother, Dale Tucker MD and Kevin of Jacksonville, Florida; one step-brother and his wife, Michael and Danielle Arrington of Tifton; one step-sister, Jessica Holten Blanchard and her husband, Mark of Leesburg; two grandchildren, Keigan Montgomery and Bellamy Fulghum; and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Brinson and Donna Miller of Vidalia.
