Richard H. ‘Rich’ Freudenthal, 74, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
He leaves behind four children; Amy D. Deary and her husband Jason of Thompson, CT., Sarah Jane Freudenthal and her husband James Pizzetti of Woodstock, Ct., Steven R. Freudenthal and his wife Susan of Thompson, CT., and Mary L. Freudenthal of Quinebaug, CT., also a brother William ‘Bill’ Frudenthal of Framingham, and four sisters; Elizabeth Sherman of Uxbridge, Dorothy Freudenthal of Waltham, Milly Freudenthal of Boylston, and Peggy Freudenthal of Boston, 3 grandchildren and a great grandson and several nieces and nephews and his cat ‘Rosie’
Rich was born in Worcester on January 6, 1945, son of the late Almon E. and Doris E. (Forkey) Freudenthal and lived in Worcester many years before moving back to Webster. He graduated from Tourtellotte Memorial High School in Thompson and was a master mechanic and enjoyed working on cars. Rich also enjoyed drag racing and was an avid music lover, especially listening to Fats Domino.
He had a dry wit, but a great sense of humor.
Rich was proud of his children, which he cherished as well as his grandchildren, who he adored.
There are no calling hours.
Funeral Services will be Private.
