FALL RIVER - Margaret (De LaCruz) Lamarre, 89, 1168 Highland Ave., formerly of 130 Valentine St. Fall River, died Monday in Fall River at the Adams House. Wife of the late Wilfred Lamarre. She is survived by one Daughter: Yolanda L’Archevesque of Barrington, RI and one Sister: Olive Castro of Minnesota, 3 Grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren, 1 Niece and 1 Nephew. She was the sister of the late Angelina Richard, John and “Sandy” De LaCruz
Born in Fall River the Daughter of the late Antonio De LaCruz and the late Eugenia Amelia (Silva) De LaCruz. She was a lifelong resident of Fall River. Before retiring, she had worked for many years as a Presser for Shelburne Shirt Co. She was a member of St. Michael Church.
Her Funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 North Main Street on Thursday at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Michael Church, Essex St. at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling Hours Wednesday 7-9 P.M.
