New Bedford – Antonio Eduardo Brum, age 59, of New Bedford passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital with his family by his side. He was the son of the late Jose and Maria Natalia (Matias) Brum.
He was born in St. Michael, Azores moved to the New Bedford area and worked as a roofer.
Antonio is survived by his sons, Nicholas Brum and his wife Kerri and Tristan Brum; his siblings, Jose F. Brum, Joao M. Brum and his wife Maria Grasiela, and Maria N. Monteiro and her husband Antonio S. all of New Bedford; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Antonio’s visiting hours will take place on Monday from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Home. His funeral will take place on Tuesday morning, beginning in the funeral home at 9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:30 A.M. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery.
