Mr. William J. Berube, 73, Recently of Greenville NH, passed away at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen. The son of the late Joseph and Eva (Demers) Berube he was born in Dracut and raised on the families Dracut Farm at which he resided more than 50 yrs. He was a graduate Dracut High School class of 1963. He worked as a horse trainer for harness horses in Pepperell, Rockingham, and Foxborough for many years. He worked for the last 25 years with Joel Wheeler. He also raced horses over the years at many of the regions tracks. Mr. Berube had a fondness for farming and tending to the. many farm animals he raised over the years . He is survived by one sister; Helen L. Milo of Derry, NH, two brothers; Thomas J. Berube and his wife Marianne of Dracut, Robert J. Berube and his wife Penny of Dracut any many nieces and nephews.
